The **BlackFeather Oasis** is the largest sovereign Oasis territory in North America. Located in close geographic and diplomatic proximity to the border filters of New Horizon City, it acts as the primary threshold where surface Hyōménal culture collides with Norman corporate city life.

2. The Capital of Dwyapt

**Dwyapt** (pronounced *Dah-way-pit* with a purr trill on the "way" and a sharp "p" in pit) serves as the capital seat of the BlackFeather Oasis. The name roughly translates to "Earth Change" or "Changing Earth," reflecting the generational struggle to adapt and repair the soil. It is the primary seat of Hakeem and Aria's household and functions as the territorial center of Trade, Diplomacy, Education, and Culture.

Unlike the hyper-capitalist Crater Cities, Oasis life is organized around deeply communal, socialist principles:

Shared Resources: Multigenerational households live and share resources collectively. There is no transactional fee for access to clean air or water.
Wisdom-Based Respect: Social hierarchies are defined by wisdom and life experience. There is a deep, unyielding respect for all walks of life—from the hunters, carpenters, and foragers to academics, artists, and biotechnical engineers.
Dining as Political Resistance: Sharing massive, grazing-style communal meals daily serves as a cultural act of resistance, asserting their civility and connection in defiance of corporate propaganda.
