The **BlackFeather Oasis** is the largest sovereign Oasis territory in North America. Located in close geographic and diplomatic proximity to the border filters of New Horizon City, it acts as the primary threshold where surface Hyōménal culture collides with Norman corporate city life.

2. The Capital of Dwyapt

**Dwyapt** (pronounced *Dah-way-pit* with a purr trill on the "way" and a sharp "p" in pit) serves as the capital seat of the BlackFeather Oasis. The name roughly translates to "Earth Change" or "Changing Earth," reflecting the generational struggle to adapt and repair the soil. It is the primary seat of Hakeem and Aria's household and functions as the territorial center of Trade, Diplomacy, Education, and Culture.
